Wednesday 26th June 2019  1.15 - 4.30pm  PLEASE NOTE NEW DATE

Aureus Secondary School, Candytuft Way, Harwell, Didcot OX11 6FF

Does your school have Cuisenaire rods that you would like to use more fully as a resource, to help build children's mathematical understanding?

This half day's training will explore the potential of Cuisenaire rods as a structure to aid problem solving and to deepen pupils' knowledge of key concepts.

With plenty of 'hands on ' activities to engage in  and take back to school, this session will cover key ideas and concepts across KS1and KS2 in number, calculation, ratio and proportion and beyond.
