KS1 Literacy

ReadingQuest

ReadingQuest is our KS1 literacy programme for those children who need a boost to their early reading and writing skills. The sessions focus on phonics, helping children develop strategies for decoding, as well as supporting them with word recognition, fluency and comprehension.

As qualified education professionals, our specially trained tutors use their own expertise and strategies to vary the content, pace and tone of each session according to the individual needs of each child, and include plenty of games and activities to keep children motivated and engaged.

The ReadingQuest programme is delivered in schools across Oxfordshire, either one-to-one or in small groups, with children who have been chosen by their school. Our tutors and teaching team keep in close with contact with the school to ensure we have all the information we need to help each child.

ReadingQuest is one of the programmes we offer under the National Tutoring Partnership scheme. Find out more.
